Our Approach

Full Plate, Full Heart was created with you in mind.  We know your plate is already full!  Between work, caring for a partner, children, pets, making time for friends and family, pursuing hobbies, and keeping up with all of life's daily chores (laundry, anyone?), it can often be difficult to find time to focus on your own health!  Making time for hours of working out or following a diet seems next to impossible right now. We get it. 


That's why we have created a simple, program that is based on just four principles: nutrition, movement, mindset and rest.  We know from experience that by focusing on these four simple principles, you will be able to achieve any short or long-term fitness goal you may have. At Full Plate, Full Heart, we believe that the process of creating a healthy lifestyle is the ultimate goal. And we are here to help you do exactly that!

Whatever your fitness goal, physical activity must be part of the plan. Our focus is on building strength, lean muscle, and cardiovascular health.

How you fuel your body matters.  We ensure you consume the proper ratio of quality protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats to support your goals.

Rest

Movement breaks the body down, while proper recovery repairs the body and mind. We embrace active and passive recovery strategies to ensure you are prepared to tackle life's daily challenges.

Mindset

The difference between those who are successful in meeting their goals and those who are not is directly attributable to mindset. We practice a growth mindset, with a focus on building confidence and capacity to find comfort in discomfort.
