Program Overview

Each of our programs includes the following components:

  • Assessment.  Through a brief survey, we gather some initial information about your goals, daily life, and current movement, nutrition, and recovery habits. We'll also learn more about any special challenges we should keep in mind while designing your program.
  • Nutrition. With my support, you'll practice the nutrition skills and habits that will lead to long-term success.
  • Movement. Everyone's program will be different based on needs and goals, but incorporating some activity into your weekly routine will be an essential component of your success.
  • Rest. Based on your assessment, we'll include a customized recovery program that features both active and passive strategies to reduce the impact of stress on your progress.
  • Mindset. We provide you with recommended content and coaching to help you overcome any challenge you might be facing.
  • Coaching.  As part of every program, we'll check in with each other. This is a time for us to review your progress, adjust your plan, and anticipate and proactively address anticipated challenges you might encounter.
